By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal) dated 30.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 30.09.2024, this Court in paragraph No. 8 (ii), has directed that "The applicant shall attend the Respondent No.1 - SEBI Office at SEBI Bhavan, 'G' Block, BKC, Bandra (East), Mumbai, once in four months" learned counsel submits that the applicant stays in Ahmedabad and he will attend

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No. 8(ii) of the Order dated 30.09.2024 imposed on the applicant is modified as under: "The applicant is permitted to mark his attendance at SEBI office at Ahmedabad"
