2) This is an Application seeking permission to travel Dubai, UAE from 17th December 2025 till 5th January 2026. 3) Learned Advocate for the Applicant tendered across the bar additional Affidavit of the Applicant dated 15th December 2025 duly affirmed before the Notary Public. The statements made therein are 1/2

4) Mr.Halwasia, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 fairly submitted that, necessary orders in the interest of justice may be passed.

5) In view thereof, we permit the Applicant to travel abroad i.e. Dubai, UAE from 17th December 2025 till 5th January 2026. The Applicant shall return to India on or before mid-night of 6th January 2026. After his return to India, the Applicant shall report to Respondent No.2 at the address mentioned in the cause-title of the Application on or before 7th January 2026.

6) In view of above, Look-Out Circular issued by the Respondents shall stand suspended for the said period from 17th December 2025 till 6th January 2026.
