P.C.:- 1) This is an Application for condonation of delay of 1128 days in preferring the present Application.
2) Learned Advocate representing the Applicant submitted that, since the date of arrest the Applicant is behind the bars and on the date of passing of the impugned Judgment of conviction, for want of financial and legal assistance he could not prefer an Appeal within the period of limitation. He submitted that, subsequently Applicant filed an Application before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai and the said Committee by its Order dated 24th November 2025 appointed him to 1/2
SKN 32-IA-4639.25.doc represent the Applicant/ Appellant. That, after receipt of necessary papers from the said Committee he drafted present Appeal along with an Application for condonation of delay and in this entire process the said delay has occurred.
