The Interim Application is taken out for relaxation of Condition Nos. 'c' and 'd' of order dated 28th November 2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2686 of 2025 which reads as under :- (c) The Applicant shall stay outside District-Pune, except for attending the trial. (d) The Applicant shall attend the Mahad Police Station, Dist. Raigad once a week i.e. on every Monday between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00
p.m. The Senior Inspector of Police, Mahad Police Station shall communicate the details of the same to the Investigating Officer.

It is the submission of Mr. Dixit, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant that the Applicant had a fall on 05th December 2025 and therefore, he was to undergone right total knee replacement with left knee injection intraarticular on 17th December 2025 and presently the Applicant is in Sahyadri Hospital, Pune and requires complete bed rest. To substantiate the said contention he relies on Medical Certificate issued by Sahyadri Hospital, Pune on 21st December 2025.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP, on instructions submits that the Applicant is in Sahyadri Hospital, Pune and has undergone knee surgery.

Ms. Pandey, learned Counsel appointed to represent the interest of the Respondent No.2, when this Court passed the order dated 28th November 2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2866 of 2025 submits that no notice has been given to the Respondent No.2.

However, in the facts and circumstances, as the Applicant has underwent right knee replacement operation and as the Applicant is admitted in Sahyadri Hospital, Pune, Condition Nos.'c' and 'd' of the order dated 28th November 2025 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2686 of 2025 is relaxed for a period of 3 months.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed to above extent and disposed of as such.
