P.C.:- 1) Heard the learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the parties.

2) This is an Application for condonation of delay of 287 days in preferring the present Criminal Revision Application against the Order of conviction.

3) Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant's father was indisposed and suffering from acute diabetic neuropathy from March 2022. The Applicant's father required constant and continuous attention for his medical condition. That, due to the said medical issues and certain personal difficulties the Applicant was not in a 1/2

SPG 6D-IA-4688-2025.doc position to pursue the legal remedies as available to him. The Applicant took some time to contact his new advocates, give instructions etc. 4) In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and for the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned and application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
