By order dated 15.10.2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2866 of 2025, this Court directed that the applicant till the conclusion of the trial shall not enter into the limits of Thane District, except to attend the dates before the trial Court.

By this application the applicant has prayed that she be permitted to enter into the limits of Thane District from 22.12.2025 to 27.12.2025 to attend the marriage of her brother, Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

908-ia-4728-2025.doc which is scheduled to take place on 25.12.2025. In support of the application, the applicant has placed on record the wedding card. 3.

The learned APP submits that the aforesaid condition was imposed as the applicant is involved in five more crimes. It is submitted that thus the permission as sought may not be granted. 4.

Considering the reason permission as sought to enter into the limits of Thane District from 22.12.2025 to 27.12.2025 is granted.
