DATED: 06 JANUARY 2026

P.C.:

1.

The relief sought in these Interim Applications is to continue adinterim protection granted to the Applicants by the Order dated 4th July 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge and further seeking direction to the learned Sessions Court at Malegaon to decide the applications filed by the respective Applicants seeking bail. The Order dated 4th July 2025 passed by the learned Single Judge, reads as under :- "1.

It is not in dispute that in all these applications, the accused persons are charge-sheeted. There is ad-interim protection, which I order to continue for 12 weeks from today with liberty to the applicants to appear before the trial court and seek regular bail.

2.

The trial court while dealing with the prayer for grant of regular bail shall be sensitive to the protection that applicants enjoyed for a period of last 3 years. 3.

With the above observations, the present applications stands disposed off."

2.

Thus, the learned Single Judge has continued the ad-interim protection for a period of 12 weeks and granted liberty to the Applicants to appear before the learned Trial Court and seek bail and directed the learned Trial Court to consider Bail Applications. 3.

It is the submission of Mr. Sandhyanshiv, learned Counsel for the Applicants that the Applicants have complied with the Order dated 4th July 2025. However, the Applications seeking bail have not been considered.

4.

Accordingly, the concerned learned Additional Sessions Judge is requested to dispose of the Applications filed for bail within a period of 6 weeks from today.

5.

The protection granted by Order dated 4th July 2025 shall remain in operation for a period of 6 weeks.

6.

The Interim Applications are disposed of in above terms. [MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.]
