Not on board. Taken on the production board in view of the production praecipe submitted on behalf of the applicant. 2.

These applications are for seeking extension of time to file appeals in the Sessions court as per the liberty granted by this court on 30th September 2025.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that some time was required for preparing the appeals and completing the procedural aspects. He submits that now the appeals are ready. However, time granted for the benefit of the condonation of delay shall expire on 19th December 2025. Hence, he seeks extension of time.

I have perused the applications. For the reasons stated in the applications, time is extended and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Learned advocate for the applicants is permitted to take back certified copy of the impugned order for filing the appeal in the Sessions Court, on submitting a photocopy of the impugned order. Registry shall verify the photocopy and return the certified copy to the learned advocate for the applicants.
