This Court by the order dated 04th December 2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.3148 of 2025 has granted anticipatory bail to the Applicant on the following condition:

"The applicant shall not enter into the jurisdiction of Sakinaka Police Station till conclusion of the trial." 2.

The Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is suffering from certain medical issues and therefore the above conditions be relaxed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as the Applicant is involved in one more crime, the above condition was imposed. The present application is filed within a short period of one month. I am therefore not inclined to entertain the present application. Hence, the present Interim Application is rejected.
