By successive orders dated 26th September 2025 followed by order dated 7th October 2025, the Applicant was released on medical bail and was directed to surrender on expiry of 3 months from the date on which he was released by the Prison Authorities concerned.

Mr. Sejpal, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, today seeks extension of time to surrender. He has placed on record the medical documents of the Applicant. The Report of Dr. Karan Shah, Consultant Radiologist of Bhagyoday Medical College, Suvidha Diagnostic Centre, records the impression as 'Microhaemorrhage in right hippocampus along with moderate mucosal thickening in right maxillary sinus'. 3.
Considering the health status of the Applicant as it appears from the Medical Report, time to surrender is extended by a period of two months from today. It is further made clear that in case, any further application is made by the Applicant, the said application shall be accompanied by a detailed health status report of the Applicant, issued by the Government Hospital with an advance copy to the learned APP concerned appearing in the matter. The conditions on which the Applicant is being granted medical bail, shall remain the same as reflected in the orders dated 26th September 2025 and 7th October 2025.

The Interim Application is partly allowed and accordingly, stands disposed of.
