This Application is for release of the Appellant/Applicant on bail who came to be taken in the custody in execution of the nonbailable warrant issued against the Appellant. 2.

In view of this, there is no reason for not enlarging the Appellant on bail. Hence order.

ORDER

(i) The Application stand allowed.

(ii) The Appellant, Bhaskar Sadashiv Sarode, be enlarged on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. (iii) Till the trail Court accepts surety he be enlarged on furnishing cash surety of Rs.15,000/- for a period of 15 days.

(iv) He be released forthwith from jail, if not required in any other crime.
