This application is for modification of condition No. (iii) in the order dated 9th May, 2024 passed in Bail Application No.3602 of 2023, whereby the Applicant was directed to mark his presence at Oshiwara Police Station on first Monday of every month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a period of two years and thereafter, first Monday of every trimester till the conclusion 1/2

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has attended the concerned Police Station since the date of the order and there is to propriety in continuing the same . It is his further submission that the Applicant is attending the trial regularly.

Learned APP opposed the application, however was unable to justify continuation of the said condition. 4.

Considering time lapse from imposition of the said condition and as there is no justification to further continue with the same, clause No.(iii) of the order dated 9th May, 2024 stands cancelled.
