This is an Application sent through jail. The Applicant's Appeal is pending for final hearing before this Court. During its pendency, initially the Applicant had sent a letter through jail requesting that, he 1/3
be permitted to change his Advocate. That Application was allowed and Advocate Mr. Gaurav Parkar who had filed this Appeal was discharged from his responsibility in appearing in the Appeal. The Division Bench of this Court vide Order dated 24.07.2025 had granted liberty to the Applicant to engage another Advocate by filing fresh vakalatnama. However, till today, the Applicant had not engaged any other Advocate. Now, the Applicant again has changed his mind and he now wants Advocate Mr. Gaurav Parkar to represent him in the Appeal. In this situation, considering the fresh request made by the Applicant through this Application dated 03/11/2025, it can be granted.

Advocate Mr. Gaurav Parkar is permitted to represent the Applicant in Criminal Appeal No.497 of 2024 on the basis of his earlier Vakilpatra.

With these observations and directions, Interim Application No.4821 of 2025 is disposed of.

The Criminal Appeal No.497 of 2024 be added to the weekly Final Hearing Board commencing from 27th January, 2026. 5.
Liberty to mention the Appeal for final hearing if it does not reach within a reasonable time.
