In the said Order in paragraph 2, it is recorded that till the Commissioner is appointed, there shall be status quo maintained in respect of 37.8% claim of the Plaintiffs as per Development Agreement dated 4th October, 2011.

Prior to that, it is recorded that, the Plaintiff's Exhibit 10 Application is for appointment of Commissioner in respect of 37.8% claim for the Plaintiffs as per the said Development Agreement. 5.

We accordingly make it clear that, the status quo maintained in respect of 37.8% claim of the Plaintiff shall be till the Plaintiff's Exhibit 10 Application is disposed of. 6.

This Order shall be read with Order dated 4th May, 2026.
