By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated June 17, 2025 to correct the error in cause title. The matter was reviewed in Chamber and this order is passed. 2.

In the cause title of the said order, name of the Petitioner "Noshith Shekdar" be corrected and read as "Nishith Shekdar" and name of the Respondent "Victorious Kidss Educates Pvt. Ltd." be corrected and read as "Victorious Kidss Educares Pvt. Ltd." 3.

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
