Learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that the disputes and differences between the parties stand settled, and towards this end, an Interim Application has also been electronically filed. Parties have reached at the settlement vide letter dated December 12, 2025. A copy of the terms of settlement, which is annexed to the aforesaid application, which is yet to be numbered, is tendered across the bar; the same is marked "X" for identification, and is taken on record. 2.

One of the terms of the settlement is that this Petition would also be withdrawn. In view of the settlement arrived at, this Petition is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the Settlement Letter dated January 8, 2026 Shraddha

Undertakings contained in the Settlement Letter dated December 12, 2025 shall constitute undertakings given to this Court. . 4.

Needless to say, the interim application electronically filed and yet to be given a stamp number is rendered infructuous and the registry need not list the same.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
