This is a Petition filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on August 20, 2025. 2.

Today, when the matter is called out, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner requests for an extension of mandate by a period of six months, bearing in mind the stage at which the arbitral proceedings are placed.

Although the Respondent is not present today, it is apparent from the record that the parties have recorded their mutual consent for September 25, 2025 Shraddha

1-COARP-40-2025.doc extension of the mandate in proceedings held before the Learned Arbitral Tribunal. Therefore, there is little point in keeping this Petition pending any further on the docket of this Court. 4.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at which the Arbitral proceedings are placed, this Petition is finally disposed of extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of six months rounded up to March 31, 2026.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
