Having heard the parties, the Petitioner is the son of Respondent No.2 and the dispute is over the firm-Shivleela Decorators, which is Respondent No.1.

Learned Counsel for the parties have consensus on engaging in without prejudice efforts at mediation. The parties shall present themselves before the Deputy Registrar in-charge of Mediation of this Court, whose contact particulars are set out below, on December 24, 2025 prior to 12:00 noon :

The Mediation Centre shall issue further instructions on how to proceed further in the matter. The parties are given about three weeks' time to thrash out their differences in mediation. Stand over to February 15, 2026.
