This Court passed following Order on 17th April 2025 :- "1.

This Court by Order dated 13th March 2025 issued notice under Rule 9 of the Contempt of Courts (Bombay High Court) Rules, 1994 against the Respondent and made the same returnable today i.e. 17th April 2025, as the undertaking given to this Court is breached. 2.

Mr. Yashodhan Patil, the Respondent/Contemnor is present in the Court. He seeks time.

Mr. Yashodhan Patil, Respondent-contemnor states that he will deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) in the account of wife- Mrs. Shweta Yashodhan Patil, immediately.

4.

The Respondent-Contemnor shall also file Affidavit-in-Reply by 25th April 2025.

At his request, stand over to 28th April 2025, at 2.30 p.m."

Thereafter, on 28th April 2025, following order is passed: "1.

Mr. Yashwant Vardhaman Patil, Respondent/ Contemnor, who is present in Court, tenders Affidavit dated 25th April 2025. He states that on or before 8th May 2025 an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- will be deposited in the account of the wife Shweta Yashwant Patil. The said statement made by the Respondent is accepted as undertaking given to the Court.

Stand over to 9th May 2025 for ensuring compliance of this Order and for further hearing." 3.

The Respondent-contemnor, who is personally present in Court states that accordingly undertaking given to this Court that an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- will be deposited in the account of the Respondent has been substantially complied with. He states that balance amount is only Rs.75,000/-. He states that the said amount will be deposited in the account of wife- Ms. Shweta Yashodhan Patil on or before 28th May 2025. The said statement made by the Respondent/ Contemnor- Yashodhan Vardhaman Patil is accepted as undertaking given to this Court. The RespondentYashodhan Vardhaman Patil has also filed Affidavit dated 25th April 2025. In the said Affidavit, unconditional apology is tendered. The said apology is accepted as the Respondent has complied with the

undertaking which has been given to this Court as recorded in Order dated 14th February 2025.

As the Petitioner has tendered unconditional apology and purged the contempt, no further action needs to be taken. 5.

Accordingly, the Suo Motu Contempt Petition is disposed of. (MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.)
