This court, by order dated 24 November 2025 issued a notice of contempt to the Board of Administrator. 2.

The Board of Administrator have filed an Affidavit dated 01.12.2025 stating that, after passing of order dated 03.11.2025, they filed Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, which came to be dismissed on 24.11.2025 and immediately on the next date, they handed over charge to the petitioner.

In paragraph No.2, the Board of Administrator have tendered unconditional apology. The unconditional apology is accepted.
