Learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the the Suit has been settled since the parties, except Defendant No.2, have arrived at Consent Terms. She further submits that the Suit qua Defendant No.2, is not being pressed. The request made today is for the Court to ascertain due verification of the Consent Terms.

It is submitted that Defendant No. 1, who is in Arthur Road Jail may be permitted to appear virtually before the Section Officer of this Court. I see no Areeb
