Today, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff submitted that they have already served the Defendants through Speed Post and filed affidavit of service in the office.

Further, the Plaintiff shall served upon the Defendants a formal notice of adjourned hearing date along with copies of the Draft Decrees. The said notice shall clearly specify and intimate the next scheduled date of hearing in the present matter. It is further undertaken that the said Affidavit of Service shall be filed before the next date of hearing.
