Heard Mr. Jaiswal, learned Advocate for Plaintiff and Mr. Qureshi, learned Advocate for Defendants.

Mr. Jaiswal, learned Advocate for Plaintiff apprises the Court that clause 19 of the Consent Terms has been fully complied with. He would submit that in so far as the execution with the settlement agreement and balance settlement is concerned, Defendants are not coming up with any concrete proposal.

Mr. Qureshi, learned Advocate for Defendants would submit that he needs time to identify the balance area and the amount pertaining thereto and make a concrete offer and proposal to Plaintiff. 4.

On the last occasion, certain original documents pertaining to immovable properties were brought to the Court. However, learned

6.S.384.2025.doc Advocate for Plaintiff would submit that the said original documents were also shown to Plaintiff which Plaintiff had rejected. Be that as it may, the request made by Mr. Qureshi for further time to enable the Defendants to give adequate security stands allowed by a further period of three weeks from today.

Mr. Jaiswal persuades the Court to record the fact that the balance 3 amounts against Sr. Nos.3, 4 and 5 were received by Plaintiff on 23.02.2026 (Rs.50 lakhs) and on 02.03.2026 (Rs.1 crore) from a third party which is the proprietary concern of Defendants No.2. 6.

Needless to state that the embargo which is stated in the Consent Terms shall continue in the meanwhile. 7.

Stand over to 1st April, 2026 for directions. To be placed under the caption 'First on Board'.
