Heard Mr. Jain, learned Advocate for Plaintiff and Mr. Singh, learned Advocate for Defendants.

Mr. Singh undertakes to file detailed comprehensive affidavit indicating the immovable property which the Defendant will be in a position to sell in view of the terms and conditions of the Consent Terms in order to honour the same. Said affidavit shall furnish details of the property in terms of its copies of title, title certificate and all other documents to enable Mr. Jain to consider the same. 3.

Needless to state that if the property which is referred to in the Consent Terms offered for sale or any steps are taken for sale thereto has failed, the reasons for the same shall be placed on affidavit to enable the Court to consider the further case of Plaintiff.

Needless to state that in the meantime Defendants shall ensure that there shall be an embargo on dealing with their properties until the present controversy is determined.
