Heard Mr. Jain, learned Advocate for Plaintiff and Mr. Qureshi, learned Advocate for Defendant Nos. 1 to 3.

Mr. Jain would inform the Court that despite order dated 13.11.2025 having been passed by consent of both the parties, same is breached by Defendant Nos. 1 to 3.

Mr. Qureshi appears for Defendant Nos. 1 to 3. On instructions, he would submit that Defendant Nos. 1 to 3 are ready to comply with their obligations stated in the said order within a period of two weeks from today. The statement made by Mr. Qureshi is recorded and noted by Court. However it is clarified that if Defendant Nos. 1 to 3 do not comply with their obligations in the order dated 13.11.2025, present Suit shall stand automatically revived. The request for injunction
1. S-384-2025.odt which was granted in the Suit proceedings shall be considered on the next date if Defendant Nos. 1 to 3 fail in their obligation. 4.
In the meanwhile Defendant Nos. 1 to 3 shall not deal with any of the suit properties to the detriment of Plaintiff. 5.
Stand over to 28th January, 2026 under the caption "for Compliance".
