Heard Mr. Jaiswal, learned Advocate for Plaintiff and Mr. Qureshi, Advocate for Defendants.

Mr. Qureshi would submit that as recorded in the previous order dated 14.01.2026, amount of Rs. 1 Crore out of initially determined amount of Rs. 2.5 Crore has been transferred by an entity / partnership firm called Amikrupa Land Developers to the Plaintiff. He on instructions would submit that balance amount of Rs. 1.5 Crore shall be deposited within a period of 2-3 days from today and persuades the Court to keep the matter on Monday to ascertain the bonafides of Defendants.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim injunction granted earlier is directed to be continued.
