Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 1 submits that Respondent No. 1 has filed an application under the provision of Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) read with Section 86 of The Representation of the People Act, 1951. A copy of the same has duly been served.
