Pursuant to the order dated 5th May, 2025, today when the matter is called out, Mr. D'Souza, learned Counsel appears for the Petitioner and submits that two weeks' time be granted as he has been recently engaged.

Mr. Karande, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent No.6 and submits that the new Advocate appearing today for the Petitioner has filed his vakalatnama on 20th May, 2025 and despite the same, he is seeking time.

Reitering his earlier submissions, Mr. Karande also tenders across the bar an affidavit of evidence of costs of Rs. 5,50,000/- till date. Mr. Nikita Gadgil 1/2

Registry to accept the said affidavit of costs. 5.

Let Mr. D'Souza, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner take instructions on the same.

Since request has been made on behalf of the Petitioner to take instructions, list on 23rd June, 2025.

It is made clear that no further adjournment would be granted in the matter and this Court will proceed to pass orders in the matter on the next date.
