This matter has been mentioned at the behest of the Respondent No.6 submitting that the Petitioner is desirous of replacing the cheque that was submitted to the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court by a Demand Draft.

Mr. Karande, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent No.6 and submits that by order dated 15th July, 2025, this Court had directed that the Petitioner to deposit cheque of Rs. 3,50,000/- in favour of the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court. That now the Petitioner seeks to replace the cheque by way of Banker's Cheque in the name of Prothonotary & Senior Master.

Accordingly, let the cheque of Rs.3,50,000/- be replaced by the Banker's Cheque dated 23rd July, 2025 for Rs.3,50,000/- in the name of Prothonotary & Senior Master by the end of today. The order dated 15th July, 2025, to accordingly stand modified.
