Pursuant to the order dated 3rd March, 2025 read with order dated 6th March, 2025, today when the matter is called out, a perusal of the service report indicates that although the report of service through RPAD has been filed, however, the service report through the Sheriff of Bombay is awaited.

As regards the service through the RPAD is concerned, the Respondents No. 5 to 8, 10,12,14 to 18, 20 to 23 and 25 have been served through RPAD. It is observed that the Respondents No. 9, 13 and 24 could not be served as the packets have been returned with the remark "unclaimed". Ms. Ghag, learned Counsel appears for the Respondent No.6 and seeks some time to file vakalatnama.

Let the vakalatnama be filed within a period of one week. 5.
Ms. Acharya, learned Counsel appears for the Petitioner and submits that some time be granted to serve the unserved Respondents, however, submitting that the vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent No.10 has already been filed and that the main contesting Respondents are the Respondents No.5 and 6.

Let the service to the unserved Respondents be effected by the next date and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed. List on 8th April, 2025.
