Heard Ms. Karnik, learned Senior Advocate for Petitioner in Election Petition No.19 of 2025; Mr. Sarode, learned Advocate for Petitioner in Election Petition No.37 of 2025 and Ms. Khot, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1.

Ms. Karnik, learned Senior Advocate would inform the Court that in view of the order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Election Petition No.37 of 2025, she has obtained instructions from the Petitioner. Today, Petitioner is present in Court before me. He has instructed her to proceed with Election Petition No.19 of 2025, which he has filed. 3.

I am informed by the learned Senior Advocate that appropriate instructions have been given by the Petitioner to Mr. Sarode and Mr. Chaudhari, Advocates representing and espousing the cause of Petitioner in Election Petition No.37 of 2025 to take appropriate steps to withdraw the said Election Petition in accordance with law.

In that view of the matter, list both Election Petitions together for compliance on 9th June 2025 to enable the Court to consider passing appropriate orders for hearing Election Petition No.19 of 2025 in accordance with law.
