Application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'CPC') has been filed. Reply thereto has been filed in Election Petition No.19 of 2025. 3.

In so far as Election Petition No.37 of 2025 is concerned, it is still shown on board and not withdrawn.

Ms. Karnik, learned Senior Advocate would persuade to grant some time to Petitioner to take appropriate instructions and accordingly proceed with the matter.

It is prima facie seen that Election Petition No.37 of 2025 and Election Petition No.19 of 2025 were both filed in this Court on 07.01.2025 by the same Petitioner through two separate Advocates. 6.

In that view of the matter, repercussions of the Representation of People's Act, 1951 may also be considered by the arguing counsel.

It is clarified that Application under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC shall be heard on the next adjourned date. 8.
