Issue summons to the Respondent as per Rule 9 of the Rules framed in regard to Election Petitions under the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (Appendix II) of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980, through Sheriff of Greater Bombay, returnable on March 7, 2025. The summons shall be served as per the said rules.

Additionally, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the summons as per Rule 10 by way of registered post AD and to file an affidavit of service before the next date of listing.
