By order dated 20th January, 2025 this Court had issued summons to the Respondent, returnable on 17th February, 2025. When the matter was listed on 17th February, 2025 the record shows that no steps were taken by the Advocate for the Petitioner for tendering draft summons for issuance of the summons and thus the summons could not be issued. Today request is made for extension of the returnable date. The returnable date of the summons is extended by a period of three weeks from today.
