Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue summons to the respondents as per Rule 9 of the Rules framed in regard to the election petitions under the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (Appendix II) of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980, through Sheriff of Greater Bombay, returnable on 05.03.2025. The summons shall be served as per the said Rules. Mr.Kulkarni waives notice for respondent No.2. 3.

Additionally, the petitioner is permitted to serve the summons as per Rule 10 by way of Registered Post A.D. and to file an affidavit of service before the next date of listing.
