Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.
On 17th February, 2025 this Court had ordered issue of summons to the respondents.

Summons could not be issued as the petitioner did not take the requisite steps.

By an order dated 7th April, 2025, time was granted to the petitioner to take steps to serve the summons on the respondents. It seems that the petitioner has not taken the requisite steps.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to take steps to serve the summons on the respondents. 6.
By way of indulgence, two weeks time is granted to the 1/2
7-EP34-2025.DOC petitioner to take steps to serve the summons on the respondents.

In case copies of the petition are furnished and requisite steps are taken within the said period of two weeks, the summons be issued to the respondents returnable on 4th August, 2025.

In the event, the requisite steps are not taken, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court, qua the respondents, who are not served due to default on the part of the petitioner.
