None appears for the Election Petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that the Petitioner has failed to file Reply to the Application filed under Order 7, Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for rejection of the Election Petition. By order dated 7 May 2025 Petitioner was granted time of six weeks to file Affidavit-in-Reply to the Interim Application. Despite passage of more than four months, the Petitioner has failed to file his Affidavit-in-Reply. List Interim Application (L) 12581 of 2025 for hearing on 3 October 2025.
