Mr. Sarode would submit that order dated 21.01.2025 stands complied with. He would make one more additional submission that as per averments made in the Election Petition, the pen drive is required to be submitted to the Court. He would submit that appropriate Affidavit-in-support has been placed on record alongwith the Election Petition. He would submit that the said Pen-Drive was not submitted in the Department in order that it would get tampered with and he would persuade me to take that Pen-Drive on record. 4.

Submission made by Mr. Sarode is considered appropriately. Let the Pen-Drive be submitted in a sealed cover before the Registry within one week and the same shall be placed before the Court when
