At the outset, Mr. Panickar would submit that the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 i.e. The Chief Election Commissioner and other functionaries for whom he is representing have filed Application (L) No. 22753/2025 seeking deletion of their impleadment in Election Petition as well as for release of EVM's consisting of Ballot Units 1128 and Control Units 564.

Mr. Sarode, learned Advocate for Petitioner would submit that he has sent his vakalatnama to be filed in the Registry through his
