The captioned Election Petition was restored by a previous order dated 4 th August 2025. Mr. Kulkarni, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.1 has today correctly pointed out that as per the provisions the summons would have to be issued.

Issue summons under Rule 9 of the Rules framed by the High Court of Bombay in regard to the election petition under The Representation of People's Act 1951.

Summons is made returnable on 22 nd September 2025.
