Mr. Sarode, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner points out that the application filed under the provisions of Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code by the Respondent has not been received by him. Learned Counsel Mr. Kulkarni, appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that the same has been sent to Mr. Sarode on Whatsapp, however, undertakes to serve hard copy within the course of today.
Mr. Sarode, requests and is granted two weeks time to file affidavit in reply. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed within one week thereafter. Mr. Kulkarni also points out that written statement has also been filed in the registry.
