This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation of the Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal, by mutual consent of the parties. The mandate of the arbitral tribunal had expired on January 2, 2025, and the parties today jointly seek an extension of nine months.

In these circumstances, the Petition is finally disposed of extending the mandate of the arbitrator by a period of nine months, i.e., until October 21, 2025.
