Learned Counsel for the parties submit that there is nothing in this Consent Terms that is contrary in law. Consequently, undertakings contained in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings given to Court.

In view of disposal of the Petition, attendant interim applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 6.
