Learned Counsel for the parties submit that all disputes and differences between them stand fully resolved and settled. The original documents handed over by the Respondent to the society on the last occasion are confirmed by the Learned Counsel for the society as being complete in all respects.

On the last occasion, I had also recorded a statement and undertaking from the Respondent Developer that they shall not interfere with any further development of the society whether through another developer or otherwise.

In these circumstances, nothing truly survives in these proceedings. However, both parties expressed their desire to place on record executed consent terms, but the individual partners of the developer are not available to sign the same today. In these circumstances, although the Petition has worked itself out in view of the joint statements made by the Learned Counsel for the parties, in view of their express desire to place on record an executed set consent terms recording the same thing, with the authorised persons signing the same, purely to take on record the signed consent terms, list on June 12, 2025 under the caption "For Reporting Compliance". 4.
The Petition is finally disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
