By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated April 2, 2025 to correct the error. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

In Paragraph 1 of the said order, the word "Section 11" be corrected and read as "Section 9". Also reference to Section 11 in the Para 4 be deleted and corrected Para 4 shall be read as under :- "In these circumstances, the Section 9 Petition is finally disposed of in terms of the following order:-" 3.

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order, shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
