This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") seeking extension of mandate of the arbitral tribunal.

The mandate of the arbitrator has expired on October 26, 2024. It is stated that the arbitrator had reserved judgement for passing the final award but subsequently sought a further meeting for seeking some clarifications and the interregnum the mandate has expired. Considering the stage at which the proceedings are, the mandate is extended for a period of one month rounding it until September 30, 2025.

The Tribunal is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an award within the time frame sought by the Petitioner. 4.
