These proceedings are listed pursuant to a request for speaking to the minutes of the order dated September 11, 2025. There is an apparent error in paragraph 4(A) in the reference to the flat. The current flat number is flat No.B/205 and not flat No.202 (which would be the new flat that would be given upon the redevelopment being completed). The paragraph 4(A) is to be corrected accordingly. 2.

So also, in paragraph 6 of the said order, the Petition is shown as disposed of which it indeed was. However, the captioned ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI proceedings also entail Arbitration Application (L) No.17739 of 2025 ASHWINI JANARDAN VALLAKATI Date: 2025.10.13 17:36:25 +0530 October 7, 2025 Ashwini Vallakati

905-ARBAPL-17739-2025.doc which is still pending and is not disposed of. List the same on November 6, 2025.

With the aforesaid corrections, the order dated September 11, 2025 will stand corrected and an updated copy of the order shall be uploaded on the website of this Court.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
