The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant/Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Respondent-Borrower has now started paying EMIs regularly. In that view of the matter, he prays for leave of the Court to withdraw both the Application and Petition with liberty to file fresh Application and Petition if there is a further default on the part of the Respondent-Borrower. Leave and liberty as prayed for is granted.
