These are the Petitions under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of mandate of the Learned Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on September 9, 2025. 2.
None appears for the Petitioner. However, Learned Counsel for the Respondent is present and submits that the parties have consensus to extend the mandate by a further period of six months. Therefore, without waiting for the Advocate for the Petitioner, the mandate is hereby extended.
