According to the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Respondents were served and on receipt of the notice, they have addressed a communication to the Petitioner informing that the company is currently under some financial constraints as the funds are stuck in some project and as soon as the funds are released, payments shall be made.

It is also mentioned that they are in discussion for settlement of the account.

The Affidavit of Service tendered by the learned counsel is taken on record which also include the email communication. Despite service, there is no appearance on behalf of the Respondents.

Hence, issue notice to the Respondents, by making it returnable on 22/01/2026.
